Manually set, intentionally unbalanced verso/recto layout using 'row' and 'page'
classes. The outer margins
are established by the vandegraaf class but the back margins are
set by the "page" class. I'd prefer to have margins integral to the page,
but the problem is, floated divs with differing heights have their margins
(padding actually) calculated according to their own height and not the height
of the encompassing vandegraaf "book".
This should be useful for creating a text column with illustrations, etc.
in the adjacent column, but with whitespace between them. Not sure if there
is a better way to do it; this works for now.
